In this casual conversation, B introduces the complex concept of neurodiversity – what it means, the role of official diagnoses, what ‘neurospicy’ brains can look like, and how employers can support their neurodivergent employees. We’ll talk about the significant impacts neurological disabilities have on completing everyday tasks, including components like executive dysfunction, procrastination, and what B likes to call “perfection paralysis”. As a group, we can share stories, tips and tricks to finding success at work, and discuss all the things we ‘wish our co-workers knew’ about dealing with ADHD.
Learning Objectives
