This session is designed to help participants gain valuable insights on how to set the groundwork for change and create a workplace culture that advances Indigenization, whether or not your organization has a dedicated HR department. Employees, HR practitioners, and organizational leaders are all welcome to participate in this dynamic workshop series. Join us to deepen your understanding of Indigenous inclusion strategies and align your organization’s practices with the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada’s Calls to Action.
*Note: It is not mandatory for participants to join part 1 of the series in order to attend future parts. However, it is encouraged to participate in as many sessions as possible to gain a fulsome experience.
