In this casual conversation, Sahana and B review terms and definitions specific to Sexual Orientation Gender Identity & Expression (SOGIE) identities and dive into examples of discrimination that often occur in the workplace. As a group, we will identify ways that coworkers, friends, family members, and employers/leaders can intervene to provide protection and support to their gender and sexual diverse teammates.
