Join us for an informative session to learn how to recognize and enhance the value of cultural difference in the workplace. You will understand more about how cultural differences impact the assumptions employees make on what constitutes success in the workplace. The workshop will also introduce you to cultural value dimensions and explore how different value dimensions can impact workplace relationships and/or productivity.

Learning Objectives:

1. Consider the value of embracing cultural difference in the workplace
2. Begin to recognize cultural value dimensions at play in the workplace
3. Reflect on strategies they can use in their own workplaces to maximize the potential of a culturally diverse workforce.
