Providing Employability, job specific Technical Skills and a paid Work Integrated Learning (WIL) experience to Autistic young adults (18-30), who are interested in technology and have a passion for computers. Should the WIL experience not result in regular employment, we also have an Employment Transition Coach that will help individuals connect to the employment situation that best suits their needs.
We also provide training to Employers to help them understand Autism, accommodations that may be required, and best practices for task management and communication. We also offer employers access to our Inclusion & Accessibility Consultant to help them create a more inclusive workspace.
